About

MISSION

Gaza Aid Collective (GAC) mission is to serve as a platform for Gazans on the ground—amplifying their voices, raising funds, and supporting grassroots initiatives that deliver life-saving aid and preserve dignity in the face of crisis.

OUR STORY

The Gaza Aid Collective was founded by Danielle Levi, an activist with over 12 years of experience in grassroots organizing. Since October 2023, Danielle has worked closely with Kareem, a fellow peace activist and ER surgeon in Gaza, to mobilize emergency support and humanitarian relief.

What began as a direct effort to help Kareem’s family quickly expanded to support multiple families in Gaza facing urgent, life-threatening needs. Along the way, Danielle developed strong relationships with local activists and frontline humanitarian organizations, which ultimately inspired the creation of the Gaza Aid Collective.

GAC is powered by a volunteer team of seasoned grassroots organizers, artists, and advocates who are committed to human rights and collective liberation.

"We’ve lost hundreds of doctors and nurses - killed, injured or arrested. I can’t just stand aside. These aren’t strangers - they’re my neighbors, my friends, the people I’ve grown up with and cared for my whole life. How could I walk away and do nothing? I was trained for this - for exactly these moments. If I don’t show up, I know the gap I leave behind could mean another life lost"

― Kareem
